The food was splendid with a good choice of alternatives. The location turned out to be magnificent, close enough to the city centre where there is great shops restarants as well as the two train stations. Also, we saw Lille's Opera, based just a short stroll away from the venue.

The venue was beautifully decorated and well priced, I appreciated the location not far from a tram stop within a mile and the outskirts of Lille, and courtyard views.

The hotel was set in a central area just off transport connections as well as the railway station. It was airy, compact and with a huge bed.

The units are silent, quiet with open windows, a cupboard, for example.

The hotel had a central setting for transport connections. The staff members were WELCOMING and nice. I was here for 3 days and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Our accommodation was set in a central location short walk to a quiet downtown area within walking distance to historic city centre, the shopping centre and the tram stop. The staff were attentive and very friendly in case of questions.

Disappointing aspect was quite small bathroom.

We were in a marvellous and perfect location not very far from Grande Place.

For the price we paid, we definitely got our money's worth. The room was amazing, with a comfortable bed and a spotlessly clean bathroom. The Art Deco style added a unique touch to the overall experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the old town and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could have been better.

I have stayed here every time I have visited Lille (about six times in the last five or so years) and always found it comfortable and highly convenient.

The window of the room is blocked,can't be opened.

Had comfortable stay with long meetings during the day with welcoming staff and incredible location in the EuroLille shopping centre. Location: the hotel was close enough to tramway or Taxi, and so of the centre of Lille. I appreciated the time in this property...

Great location with easy access to public transportation. We were able to hop on the tram right outside the hotel, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a nice place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The shower was also enjoyable, providing a refreshing experience. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

The hotel was very clean and the room had a lovely big comfortable bed. The bathroom was excellent. The breakfast was also very nice. We did have difficulty finding the hotel and the Best Western sign is very small. Other than that a pleasant stay and I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

When I am in Lille, I like staying here. The rooms are good sized and compact with coffee/tea makers, a multi-channel television and a writing desk. Efficient and amicable staff as one would expect.

We got great value for our money with a delicious breakfast included. The room was spacious and the bed was huge. The location was convenient, with a tram stop right outside and a short walk to the old town. The staff was friendly and helpful.
